Senior Vice President of Sales

Job Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve division revenue and profit objectives.Create annual sales and merchandising plans to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity to inform sales strategy.Lead and manage a large sales organization, including direct and indirect reports.Oversee leasing and rental sales operations across multiple regions.Review and approve sales deals and ensure alignment with company objectives.Manage key customer relationships and resolve escalated issues.Support sales teams in proposal development, presentations, and closing deals.Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to drive performance.Manage departmental budgets, costs, and financial performance.Prepare and review sales reports, contracts, and operational documentation.Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements to leadership.Collaborate with executive leadership on company sales goals and growth strategies.Qualifications and Certifications 10+ years of experience in the commercial truck leasing and rental industry.Minimum 5+ years of experience leading and managing sales teams.Proven experience managing large teams, including approximately 8 direct and 25 indirect reports.Strong background in full-service leasing within the trucking industry.Experience in leadership roles such as District Manager of Sales or equivalent.Prior experience with leading companies in the industry is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage geographically distributed teams and complex sales operations.Benefits Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceRetirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPerformance BonusEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Discounts
