POSITION OVERVIEW:
Owner Services Concierge is responsible for:
Providing gate house administrative services, to include issuing parking passes as needed.
Assist guests and owners with Association questions.
Light maintenance and janitorial as directed by Manager.
Notify Manager or Maintenance of any reported water intrusion by owners or guest.
Process common area work order request through AppFolio for maintenance as directed by Manager.
Close pool umbrellas in evening and empty trash and as directed by the Manager
Monitor parking pass activity and provide report to manager.
Ability to read and implement instructions, complete daily assignments, and work orders
Performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by Manager, while following appropriate safety procedures.
Maintains, cleans, and stores assigned equipment to good working conditions.
Willingly performs a variety of janitorial duties, including, but not limited to cleaning restrooms, designated areas, and proper emptying and disposal of trash.
Contributes and supports the team’s overall service effort by accomplishing related tasks and all other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalency preferred. One to two years of general experience in owner services or guest relations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with people and meet their needs as required in a friendly and hospitable manner.
CONDITIONS OF WORK:
Schedule may rotate. Weekend and evening availability is required.
This position works under indoor and outdoor conditions and may be exposed to elements including but not limited to, chemicals, odor, weather, and environmental conditions. The associate must be able to work in an upright standing position for long periods of time, and must be able to sit, walk, crawl, climb, reach with hands and arms and lift 50 lbs. The employee must be able to navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions and must be able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION:
Prefer familiarity with Microsoft Office primarily Word and Excel.
SCHEDULE:
Full-Time
The daily shift for this position is eight hours for five days with two days off (not necessarily weekends). The shift times could vary and may require the associate to fill in on other shifts when needed.
