Role Description The Manufacturing Process Engineer is a full-time, on-site role located in Terre Haute, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include developing manufacturing procedures, addressing and troubleshooting process issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, and providing support for production teams to ensure optimal productivity and performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes, including process improvement and optimization.Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering and Process Engineering for evaluating and developing production methods.Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying inefficiencies, problem-solving, and implementing data-driven improvements.Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts and their application to product and process design.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key production objectives.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline preferred.Experience in a certified manufacturing environment and working knowledge of industry-standard certifications is a plus.
