This role offers exposure to team members at all levels of the organization, including Supply Chain leaders, Sales professionals, and MJS executives.Responsibilities include:Assist the Supply Chain Manager with implementing, maintaining, and updating supplier product details within MJS's internal sourcing systemHelp update supplier contact information and communicate changes to MJS team membersSupport the maintenance of internal contact lists and sourcing system recordsAssist with system enhancements and database updates related to:supplier product assortmentssourcing quotationscommodity indexessupplier price change notificationsPartner with the Quality Assurance Manager on projects and enhancements related to internal quality systems and databasesSupport ad hoc reporting and special projects across areas such as inventory management, purchasing, sourcing, quality, and transportationWork cross-functionally and gain broad exposure to how supply chain supports the businessWhat You'll GainThis is more than a typical internship.
