Regional Director of Property Management

Job Description A well-established property management firm is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead operations across the region. Reporting to senior executive leadership, you will oversee a team of Property Managers, manage a community association portfolio, and play a key role in client retention, business development, and regional profitability.Leadership & operationsSupervise Property Managers across the regionCollaborate directly with association boards of trusteesConduct field inspections and monitor contractor activitiesCoordinate bidding and vendor selection for maintenance projectsOrganize and attend annual meetings as neededRepresent the company during critical incidentsEnsure proper insurance coverage is maintainedPeople & business growthLead staff evaluations and support employee retentionTrain and mentor newly assigned managersAssist with hiring, terminations, and salary decisionsDrive client satisfaction and retention initiativesPursue new business and manage client transitionsCollaborate with Financial Services on budgetsDrive regional profitability and cost controlSubmit your resume, cover letter and salary requirements.
