Litigation ParalegalLocation: Miami, FLWork Arrangement: In-office onlySalary Range: $75,000–$95,000+ (depending on experience)OverviewSeeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in all stages of litigation, including trial and post-trialManage discovery, document review, productions, and deposition preparationDraft and assist with pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filingsConduct legal and factual research; summarize documents, depositions, and transcriptsMaintain case files, exhibits, and trial materialsAssist with trial preparation, witness coordination, and courtroom supportEnsure compliance with federal and state court rulesMaintain accurate and timely daily timekeepingQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferredMinimum 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firmTrial experience highly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office, e-filing systems, and litigation support tools (e.g., Relativity, PDF software)Excellent written, organizational, and multitasking skillsScheduleFull-time, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with flexibility for additional hours
