Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Motor Grader Operator to support our team in the Brandon/Riverview area.Operate grader to spread and level dirt or road base to grade specifications in construction and maintenance of roads.Shape and finish shoulders and slopes.May perform fine or rough grading.Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.Monitor operations to ensure that safety standards are met.Must have the initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other job positions for job completion as requested.Supervision of crew personnelJob Requirements:Must have 2 or more years of Motor Grader Operator experienceMust demonstrate the ability to operate the motor graderMust demonstrate excellent safety awareness, and a willingness to comply with company policy and safety standardsEffective communication with other operators, Foreman, and truck driversMust have reliable transportation and can work Monday through SaturdayMust be willing to drive yourself to the different jobsites within a 50-mile radius of our office or more.Work Location: In person (Riverview, FL)Schedule: Monday to SaturdaySalary: The salary for this position will be commensurate according to experience.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
