Senior Program Manager - CONTRACT
Serve as the primary contact for all Project Management Office (PMO) matters with the client.Develop, refine, and oversee all Project Governance for the account.Assist in monitoring and tracking all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Manage formal client communications, including Corrective Action Plans and internal account improvement initiatives.Supervise assigned Project Management personnel and their engagement.Assign tasks and provide guidance on project timelines and objectives.Handle resource assignment and allocation, and forecast resource utilization.Establish a centralized management structure for all project management functions, including:Change Control Management: Experienced in managing system and business changes through a defined change control model.Schedule Management: Proficient in using scheduling tools like MS Project/MSPO to manage a portfolio of client projects.Deliverable Management: Identify, track, and manage deliverables.Risk/Issue/Action Management: Adhere to the Risk Management plan.Communication Management: Produce all contractual artifacts, including status reports.Project Governance Updates: Maintain and evolve governance as necessary.Mentor, coach, and effectively transfer expertise to others.Ensure the PMO delivers projects that exceed client expectations.
