Salesforce Tech leadWork location: Houston, TX- 4 days onsite- Locals preferredResponsibilities and RequirementsMinimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery managing multiple projectsCollaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectationsLead technical design sessions. Design and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end statesStrong experience, hands on, review and understanding of Salesforce configuration and customizationProvide oversight and governance of Salesforce projectsFollow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followedManage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationGood understanding of functional domains and business process to relate with technologyAbility to understand a project and debug issuesFrom time-to-time, participate in activities such as technical landscape discovery , Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospectsLiaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementationsExpert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce CloudsUnderstanding of systems architectureShould able to drive the client in road map and strategyUnderstanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practicesUnderstanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architectureFamiliarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologiesStrong background in design/development of large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposureLead a technical team and own customer and team engagementTechnical enablement of team members on the latest Salesforce products and processesShould hold at least 3+ Salesforce certificationsExperience building & growing an accountMust have managed a team of technical & solution implementors
