This role requires strong multitasking abilities, awareness, and the confidence to engage with guests while executing high-level beverage production. Whether crafting cocktails, preparing drinks for the dining room, or supporting food service, the Bartender operates with a full understanding of the bar and its impact on the overall experience. More than just making drinks, this position is responsible for creating an engaging and efficient bar environment where guests feel welcomed and service is executed seamlessly.Guest Experience & HospitalityDeliver sincere, engaging hospitality while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced bar environmentInteract confidently with guests, balancing conversation and service without compromising speed or qualityCreate a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experienceBeverage Execution & StandardsPrepare all beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail, following established recipes and standardsEnsure proper use of glassware, garnishes, and presentation for all drinksMaintain strong knowledge of all beverage offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic selectionsService Bar & TimingExecute drink tickets for the dining room within established service times, supporting the flow of the floorPrioritize and manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining composure and qualityCommunicate effectively with Servers and management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of beveragesTeam Coordination & SupportWork closely with bar backs and the service team to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked barCoordinate with the team when stepping away from the bar, ensuring coverage and continuity of serviceAssist with food service when needed, maintaining awareness of overall restaurant flowOperational ExcellenceMaintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar at all timesMonitor inventory levels, prep ingredients, and ensure all tools and products are stocked for serviceFollow all procedures, standards, and responsibilities as directed by management
