Project Manager

*Job Description* We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Project Manager* to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish * Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors * Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets * Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications * Conduct job site meetings and provide regular project updates * Track project progress and resolve issues proactively *Qualifications* * 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction * Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control * Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills * Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar preferred) * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred *Benefits* * Competitive salary based on experience * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunity for growth within the company Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
