This on-site role involves managing residential electrical service projects, overseeing a team of electricians, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating services, communicating with clients to assess their needs, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and performing quality control checks on all completed work. The role also entails leading teams, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, and assisting with training and development of staff as needed.QualificationsJourneyman or Master ElectricianStrong leadership, team management, and project coordination abilitiesHands-on expertise in residential electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety proceduresKnowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and compliance regulationsEffective communication and customer service skills for client interactions and team collaborationProblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality workPrevious experience in a management or supervisory role within the electrical field is highly desirable5+ years electrical experience with 3+ years in residential electrical services
