Are you a motivated, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our busy and growing dental practice in North Georgia is seeking a full-time Dental Office Manager to join our team.
We are a multi-doctor, multi-location practice dedicated to providing excellent patient care while supporting a positive and collaborative team culture. The Office Manager will play a key role in leading daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both patients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient service
Manage and support front office, clinical, and administrative staff
Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and provider productivity
Monitor financials, collections, insurance processing, and reporting
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support professional growth
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with doctors and leadership to meet practice goals and drive growth
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of management experience (dental office experience strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, and insurance processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and develop staff in a supportive, professional manner
Proficiency in dental practice software and Microsoft Office Suite
High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills
