Maternal-Fetal Medicine Opening in New JerseyLocation: Pomona & Atlantic City, New Jersey (20 minutes apart)Employment Type: Full-Time PermanentPractice Setting: Inpatient and OutpatientCall Requirement: Rotating Schedule Including Nights & WeekendsPosition OverviewA leading regional health system in Southern New Jersey is seeking a board-certified Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative and dedicated perinatal team. This is a full-time, employed position involving both inpatient and outpatient consultative MFM services at two well-supported locations. Practice high-quality, team-based care with access to advanced diagnostic and monitoring technologies in a system committed to maternal and neonatal outcomes. Join a collegial team of 3 Perinatologists and 2 Advanced Practice Nurses 5-day work week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule Rotate between two outpatient sites: Pomona and Atlantic City Provide inpatient consultations at a regional childbirth center Participate in a rotating call schedule, including nights and weekends Use Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint for ultrasound and documentation Collaborate with OB Generalists, Neonatologists, and an Obstetric Medicine Clinic Support programs for remote monitoring of diabetic and hypotensive patients Work within a Level III NICU with: 22 NICU beds 9 Labor & Delivery beds 25 Private Postpartum Rooms (with showers)Outpatient Support Two fully staffed practice locations Support staff includes: Practice Manager RN Clinical Manager Perinatal Sonographers Registered NursesCompensation & Benefits Base Salary: $650,000 annually Annual Quality Incentive Bonus: Up to $25,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 CME: 5 Paid CME Days per year and $4,500 Annual CME Allowance (includes dues and fees) Paid Time Off: 224 Hours of PTO and 40 Hours of NJ Sick Leave Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible EmployerCandidate Requirements Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine â€" Required Active NJ Medical License or willingness to obtain â€" Required DEA and CSR/CDS Certification â€" Required Willingness to rotate between Pomona and Atlantic City â€" Required Proof of COVID and Flu Vaccination Compliance â€" Required
