Apply Today! *\*Must reside in the state of Kentucky\** *We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift currently* * Permanent Schedules: * 1st Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 3:00 AM CST – 7:00 PM CST. * 2nd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 11:00 AM CST – 3:00 AM CST. * 3rd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 7:00 PM CST – 11:00 AM CST. * Training Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule. * Must be available to work weekends Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support. Required Skills and Knowledge- Customer Service Representative You _MUST_ have your own equipment. Listed below are our requirements. * A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer ( > or = 12.00GB RAM & > 4000 CPU). * A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor). * An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop. * A Webcam. * A Headset with a Microphone. * A Computer Mouse.
