EHS Analyst

Trinity Parts & Components is looking for an EHS Analyst in Fort Worth, TX! The EHS Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs across the Parts & Components, MRU, and RSI business operations. This role assists in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations while promoting a proactive culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: EHS Program SupportSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs across Parts & Components, MRU, and RSI operationsAssist with hazard identification, risk assessments, inspections, and corrective action trackingSupport emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, and safety initiatives Regulatory ComplianceAssist with ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory requirementsMaintain required EHS records, reports, permits, and compliance documentationSupport regulatory inspections and audits as needed ISO Management SystemsSupport and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems at certified locationsCoordinate internal audits, corrective actions, management review activities, and certification audit supportsMaintain management system documentation and promote continuous improvement efforts Training and Employee EngagementAssist with the development, coordination, and delivery of EHS training programsPromote employee involvement in safety and environmental initiativesSupport communication of EHS policies, procedures, and best practices Incident ManagementAssist with the investigation of incidents, near misses, and environmental eventsSupport root cause analysis and corrective action developmentMaintain incident records and reporting requirements Auditing and Continuous ImprovementConduct routine inspections, audits, and assessments to identify opportunities for improvementMonitor EHS performance metrics and assist with reporting activitiesSupport continuous improvement projects that enhance safety, environmental performance, and operational effectiveness Collaboration and SupportPartner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate EHS requirements into daily operationsServe as a resource for environmental, health, and safety matters across supported business unitsTravel to operating locations as needed to provide EHS support and guidance Qualifications What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Management, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which results in required knowledge, skills, and abilities2-5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety roles within manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, repair, rail services, distribution, or related environmentsExperience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments preferredExperience supporting ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems preferredWorking knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and local regulationsFamiliarity with environmental compliance, industrial safety, and incident investigation practicesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS information management systemsEffective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsCertifications in ASP, CSP, OHST, CHMM, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, or similar certifications are preferredAbility and willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require
