Opportunity We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer/Associate for our Civil & Structural Engineering Practice in multiple U.S. locations. As part of a collaborative team, you will conduct analytical and computer problem‑solving, perform experimental field investigations and diagnostic surveys, and maintain client relations. Responsibilities Inspection, analysis, and determination of root causes of structural performance failures Perform quantitative risk analysis for structures Prepare technical reports and presentations Establish professional expertise through continued professional development Qualifications Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus, or related field P.E. or S.E. license, or the ability to obtain one Excellent creative problem‑solving ability Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and lead or collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Ability to gather information from and convey technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and industry Applicants are encouraged to submit a CV with publications, including those under review or pending. Compensation Base salary ranging USD117,000.00–USD145,000.00 per year, dependent on experience and capabilities assessed during the interview process. Total compensation includes base salary, bi‑weekly bonuses for high‑intensity efforts, annual bonus, and a 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
