Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Mount Airy, NC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Agent will engage in selling various insurance products and services, advise clients on coverage options, maintain and build a client base, and provide customer service to meet their unique insurance needs. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, managing policies, and ensuring client satisfaction while leveraging expertise in insurance and finance. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, including the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutionsKnowledge in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with familiarity in policies, underwritings, and claims processesUnderstanding of Finance and the ability to manage financial risks effectivelyStrong Customer Service skills to cultivate relationships and provide excellent client supportExceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferredState-required insurance licensing or willingness to obtain necessary certifications within a specified timeframe
