If you are passionate about structural design, problem-solving, and collaborating with a high-performing engineering team, this is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Professional Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing safe, efficient, and innovative pre-engineered metal building systems. Responsibilities include:Design structural steel systems, wall and roof panels, secondary framing members, and bracing systemsDevelop creative and economical structural solutions that meet project requirements and applicable building codesPerform structural analysis using proprietary engineering software for frames, cranes, mezzanines, panels, and bracing systemsCollaborate closely with detailing teams and internal departments to ensure successful project executionReview and verify structural drawings for accuracy and complianceSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative engineering solutionsMaintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and company standardsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institutionStrong understanding of structural building codes and standards including:IBCAISC 360AISC 341AISC 358ASCE 7AISIProfessional Engineer (PE) license OR 3–5 years of structural design experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience within the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) industryStructural Engineer (SE) licensureExperience using metal building design softwareDemonstrated leadership experience
