Successful and growing title insurance agency seeks a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Survey Coordinator with a positive attitude to be a part of our team.This is an excellent position for a candidate with experience in any of the following areas: Escrow/Closing, Title, and Real Estate Financial Services. Qualified candidates must have the ability to multitask, portray excellent verbal and written communication skills and be computer proficient.Responsibilities:Order and manage property surveys (ALTA/NSPS and boundary) for NY real estate transactionsCoordinate with licensed surveyors to meet scope, certification, and closing deadlinesObtain quotes from surveyors and relay pricing and timing to sales representatives and clientsRequest surveys be read into the commitments once surveys are received from surveyorMaintain accurate survey records in SoftProRespond to survey-related inquiries from attorneys, lenders, underwriters, clients, KV sales representatives, and internal teamsCollaborate with clearance team to ensure survey conditions are satisfiedRequirements:4+ plus years of experienceCandidates with experience are encouraged to applyCustomer service or title insurance experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteSoftPro experience is a plusGreat time management skillsOutstanding work ethic with the ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments.Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.High level of accountabilityCustomer service orientedCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively (written and verbal).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbout Kensington Vanguard National LandKensington Vanguard National Land is one of the largest independent full-service national title insurance agencies in the country providing:• Commercial & Residential Title Insurance• Real Property & Cooperative Lien Searches• Settlement Services• Escrow Services• Recording Services• 1031 Exchange ServicesKensington Vanguard National Land is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
