The Web Editor/Office Assistant is a full-time or part-time in-house position at our Corporate Office located in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, pays strick attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines. This candidate must also have drive to be a team player. Starting wage will be based on experience in the related field of Web Editing. Responsibilities: Daily data entry of product images and information from 10 stores to 3 websites through our CMS. Create email marketing campaigns. Assist our Office Coordinator with consignor phone lines and emails. Assist office staff, as needed. Other duties as assigned. Skills/Requirements: Must have business experience working with instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Photoshop, a CMS and an email marketing platform. Attention to detail is required. Gmail and MAC OS experience is required. Must possess strong written communication skills. Customer service phone skills would be a big plus. Must be willing to work on repetitive data entry tasks. Must have fast and accurate keyboard skills. Takes initiative on assisting with office projects. Bonus points if you have business experience with Hootsuite, Pinterest, Wordpress, Send in Blue or Constant Contact. You do not have to be a fashion guru to work with us (we'll teach you) but if you have knowledge of designer fashion and home furnishings it could place your resume to the top. Bonus points if you love to write snappy one-liners. Even more points if you hate plastic and love sustainability and charitable causes.
