Duties Assist with the setup and dismantling of construction sites, including the installation of formwork and scaffolding Operate hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as concrete cutting, finishing, and pouring Support rebar installation, metal stud framing, and other structural components according to blueprints and technical drawings Mix and pour concrete using mixers and pumps, ensuring proper placement and finishing in accordance with project specifications Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform heavy lifting and assist with the movement of materials and equipment around the site Support carpentry, stucco application, caulking, plastering, flooring installation, and renovation activities as needed Requirements Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction sites is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of construction estimating are advantageous Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and heavy equipment operation is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions precisely Embark on a rewarding career journey where your hard work contributes directly to building communities!
