The company is known for its commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.OverviewThe HVAC/R Commercial Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue by consulting with commercial and industrial customers to assess needs, recommend solutions, and close sales. This role partners closely with operations to ensure accurate system recommendations, smooth installations, and a positive customer experience. Success requires a balance of technical knowledge and relationship-based selling, along with accountability for sales targets, pipeline management, and consistent performance in a fast-paced field environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customersIdentify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and target new customersConduct site visits to assess HVAC/R and refrigeration system needsPresent service, repair, replacement, and project-based solutionsRecommend solutions based on customer operations, system condition, efficiency, and budgetClearly explain technical concepts, pricing, and scope of workPrepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreementsSupport contract negotiations and close sales in alignment with company standardsPartner with service, installation, and project management teams to ensure accurate handoffAssist with job scoping, scheduling, and customer communicationSupport issue resolution to maintain customer satisfactionManage sales pipeline and activity through CRM/ATS systemsMeet or exceed sales targets and performance goalsMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and opportunitiesQualifications3+ years of HVAC/R sales or commercial HVAC/R industry experienceStrong understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC/R systemsProven experience in consultative or solutions-based salesAbility to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customersValid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sitesExperience with commercial refrigeration, chillers, boilers, or industrial systemsElectrical systems knowledge or experience selling electrical servicesExperience selling service agreements and maintenance contractsWhat do we offerIn exchange for your expertise, Perfection Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration offers an excellent employee benefit package including:Medical / Dental / VisionPTO + Paid HolidaysReferral BonusesTechnical Training ProgramsBonus Earning PotentialCompany vehicle, gas card, cell phone, and laptop/iPadAll resumes are held in confidence.
