Tahoe Blue Express is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sparks, NV, for a Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for loading delivery vehicles, delivering packages to their intended destinations, and ensuring timely, safe, and professional service. Additional duties may include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining delivery records, assisting with inventory, and handling goods safely. Our service area is mountainous and subject to weather impacts, so comfortability driving and operating in these conditions. Qualifications At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years (not necessarily all-day driving) — or completion of our 2-week training programValid regular driver’s license (Class C)Legal authorization to work in the U.S.Clean driving record (no DUIs, reckless driving, or major violations within the past 3 years; minor tickets/accidents acceptable)Clean criminal background (no major misdemeanors or felonies within the past 10 years)Ability to pass a DOT physical, including drug screeningSuccessful clearance of a 10-year DOT background checkConversational English skillsMinimum age of 21Ability to reliably lift up to 150lb
