*Training: 5 weeks starting 11/09/2026, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm CT*
*Pay Rate: $54.00/Hour*
*Position Responsibilities:*
* Review and complete criteria for prior authorization according to policies and procedures.
* 2+ years of pharmacy experience required.
* This is a safety-sensitive role.
*Remote Work Requirements:*
* Must provide own high-speed internet with minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload.
* Provide internet provider and confirmed download/upload speeds.
* Smartphone required for VPN token.
* Must have a private, dedicated, and secure workspace.
* Work area must protect confidential information and company equipment from unauthorized access.
* Workspace, phone conversations, documents, and computer screens must not be accessible or visible to others during work hours.
* Workstation must be locked or computer shut down when away.
* Must comply with Teleworker Privacy Practices.
Pay: $53.00 - $54.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
