Technical Program Management, Model Development

Overview In this TPM role, you drive end-to-end execution across the model development lifecycle, partnering with research, product, and applied science leads. You translate research goals into clear plans, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across training, evaluation, and launch. You act as the connective tissue among research, engineering, product, and safety teams to keep fast-moving work on track.
