We are dedicated to success — yours and ours.Job SummaryThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports daily customer service and logistics operations for third-party logistics (3PL) clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for order inquiries, shipment tracking, billing and dispute resolution, inventory concerns, and service escalations. The CSR ensures accurate, timely order fulfillment while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned 3PL accounts via phone, email, and client portalsManage and route outbound orders in accordance with customer-specific routing guides and carrier requirementsInterpret and apply routing guide instructions to ensure compliance with retailer and distributor standards (e.g., delivery windows, labeling, packaging)Coordinate shipments by scheduling pickups and working with third-party logistics providers and freight carriersMonitor daily order activity to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment across all channelsProactively communicate order delays, shipment issues, and routing conflicts to customer service teams and channel managersMaintain accurate and up-to-date shipment data within ERP and WMS systemsPrepare shipping documentation, including labels and bills of lading (BOLs)Generate and distribute regular reports on logistics performance and order fulfillmentSupport warehouse operations by prioritizing orders based on delivery deadlines and routing requirementsRequirements1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, order fulfillment, or warehouse customer serviceWorking knowledge of routing guides and vendor compliance requirementsExperience using ERP and WMS systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with EDI systems and retailer compliance platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce, RetailLink)Experience supporting major retail partners such as Walmart, Target, or AmazonBasic knowledge of freight terms (e.g., FOB, prepaid, collect) and shipping documentationQualificationsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly rateComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributionFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA – medical & dependent care)Company-paid life insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and AD&DTime Off & Work-Life BalancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid company holidaysBereavement leaveJury duty leaveAdditional PerksEmployee product discountsReferral bonus programCompany events and team-building activitiesFor immediate consideration, please send your resume to Robin.Manley@zink.com or apply at caglobal.com/pages/careersNo Agencies
