Line Cook-Café Associate

Line Cook/Cafe Associate: Casco Bay Food and Beverage, a 100% Employee-Owned company (ESOP), has an opportunity for an experienced Line Cook/Cafe Associate at our location in Oakland. This Line Cook/Cafe Associate opportunity is a full-time position that offers a flexible schedule with variable hours between 6:00 am - 6:30 pm. Saturdays required. If you're a self-motivated, customer service-oriented person - We want you! Line Cook/Cafe Associate Essential Responsibilities: Using approved food recipes prepares breakfast and/or lunch/dinner meals, using grill/fryer as necessary. Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Run cash register and process various payment methods (cash, credit card, etc). Provide outstanding customer service. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils. Experience and Qualifications: 2 years of food preparation experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
