🚨 Hiring: Production Supervisor (1st Shift) – Value-Added Operations📍 Norfolk County MA | 💼 Full-Time - Direct Hire | 💰 $80,000–$90,000 + BenefitsWe are accepting application for a hands-on Production Supervisor (1st Shift) to lead daily operations in our clients value-added production department. If you thrive in a fast-paced food production environment and enjoy leading teams from the floor—not behind a desk—this role is for you! What You’ll DoAs a key leader on the production floor, you will:Lead day-to-day production activities (cutting, portioning, marinating, packaging, etc.)Drive productivity, efficiency, and product qualitySupervise, coach, and develop team members while maintaining accountabilityRun daily startup meetings and clearly communicate performance expectationsEnsure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standardsPartner cross-functionally with QA, Planning, and ShippingIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of supervisory experience in food production or manufacturingStrong understanding of food safety regulations (GMPs, HACCP, FSMA)Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentA hands-on leadership style (this is not a desk role)Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusIf you feel a good fit with this role and would like to join an amazing company and team, please apply!
