At The Centers at St. Camillus, we’re Centered on Celebrating our Employees!We are currently hiring a Full Time Social Worker to join our Team!ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for comprehensive assessment and coordination of services required to meet the individual’s psychosocial/mood state, behavioral and discharge needs of each resident. In addition, this position facilitates the interdisciplinary teams’ coordination of resident needs, as well as the development and implementation of a safe and effective discharge plan.
