We're looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Assistant Residence Supervisor who's ready to take on a leadership role and help create a safe, inclusive, and enriching home environment.What You'll Do:Provide day-to-day leadership to Direct Care Counselors, Cook, and Maintenance staffCoordinate staffing needs, schedules, payroll, and emergency coverageSupport hiring, onboarding, staff training, performance feedback, and disciplinary processesEnsure a clean, safe, and compliant residence aligned with agency standardsDeliver hands-on support and oversee implementation of individualized treatment plansPlan and coordinate meaningful community outings and recreational activities (3x weekly per individual)Maintain accurate records, financial ledgers, and vendor documentationServe as the point of contact when the Residence Supervisor is away; collaborate with the Area CoordinatorWhat You Bring:High School Diploma required (Associate's in Health or Human Services preferred)2+ years of supervisory experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred2+ years of experience in a residential or social service settingFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnightsValid NYS Driver's Licenseks
