We partner with organizations to deliver pop-up clinics and are committed to providing efficient, patient-centered service.Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and patient-focused Pop-Up Clinic Event Coordinator to support our mobile clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth clinic experiences for both patients and staff.This is a part-time position, with clinic locations varying throughout the Palm Beach territory.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport clinic supplies and assist with daily clinic setup alongside onsite teamsCoordinate with internal staff, partners, and onsite contacts to ensure smooth clinic operationsSet up and break down clinic spaces each dayEnsure all specimens are properly handled and delivered to FedEx at the end of the dayCheck in patients, verify insurance, and collect payments (copays, cosmetics, balances)Assist with scheduling appointments when neededMaintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant check-in areaRestock and manage inventory, including storing supplies at home when necessaryQualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile environmentAbility to lift and transport suppliesReliable transportation requiredCustomer service or healthcare experience preferredWhy Join OnSpot?Be part of an innovative, growing healthcare modelWork in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentMake a direct impact on patient access to care
