Associate Account Executive, Specialty Markets

Associate Account Executive will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the Nihon Kohden Neurology Sales organization Specifically this individual is responsible for supporting the sales efforts and objectives in an assigned Region Essential Functions and Main Duties Identify support and qualify sales opportunities within the territory and capitalize on themDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships through discovery of Neurology Service Lines and Neurology Supported Services including the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit Long Term Monitoring Unit Intensive Care Unit Operating Room Emergency Department Sleep Lab and other hospital areasSuccessfully supports sales marketing and national account strategies as directed by managementApplies specific focus to Nihon Kohden Neurology Supplies and Accessories within the RegionAchieves or exceeds established sales goals and objectives while maintaining territory budgetsActs as company resource for contract negotiation pricing proposal bid preparation and customer follow upProactively identifies customer issues and solves sales related difficultiesMaintains superior market awareness by monitoring customer and competitor trendsAdvises management on methods to improve company competitivenessSupports sales team success through actively share ideas techniques and approachesAssists marketing and sales management in the development and implementation of new sales strategies tactics and tools for new market opportunitiesDemonstrates solid teamwork skills through the effective utilization of field support personnel clinical consultants technical consultants outcome consultants etcDevelops and maintains strong knowledge of products and sales methodologiesUses and maintains sales tools as directedMeets or exceeds territory sales goals pipeline and presentation metricsAble to effectively develop rapport with key decision makers and communicate value statements product specifications and other information in a compelling mannerAdhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics codesDuties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business needQualifications Education Certification Experience Required Bachelors degree in business science or related discipline;
