Our growth is dependent on their growth,which is why we value every customer relationship.Job BriefDWC Specialties is looking to hire a part/full-time delivery driver who is career focusedand has a strong work ethic. This position is responsible for the delivery of products on4 routes each week. Typical work hours are 5am-3pm; 2 days a week for part time, 4days a week for full time. No CDL required. This position can open the door to futureopportunities in Sales, Marketing and Logistics.Responsibilities• Transporting and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner• Review orders at time of delivery to ensure all items have been delivered• Keep an open line of communication with all customers to better serve theirneedsRequirements• Live within 40 miles of Horicon, WI• Maintain a satisfactory driving record• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds• Ability to walk up and down stairs• Positive attitude• Strong work ethic• Be able to communicate well with customersJob Compensation• Part/Full Time Hourly Position• Minimum Pay of $25.00/hr. +premium for overnight routesCompany Benefits• Health Insurance Plan• 401k Program• Profit Share• Use of Company Delivery Vehicle• Dental & Vision Coverage• Paid Time Off
