Three of these are standalone hospitals, each with a unique Medicare number. Each site requires an experienced executive who will oversee the development, growth, and maintenance of multiple clinical service lines. These service lines are primarily located at the site the executive manages, but they can extend across campuses. The Van Ness Campus prefers candidates with experience in transplant and tertiary/quaternary hospital systems. The role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating operations within the assigned geographic area to ensure operational excellence that supports the organization's focus on quality, service, and affordability, aligning with Sutter Health’s overall strategic direction. The incumbent will implement and oversee policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care. They will work collaboratively with the geographic leadership team and service line leaders to foster planning, innovation, and problem-solving, ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise strategy.
