Expert Gardener – Organic Landscape Maintenance Marshall Grain Company | Tarrant County Marshall Grain Company is seeking a motivated, experienced gardener to join our Organic Landscape Maintenance team. We specialize in organic gardening practices and the use of Texas native and adapted plants, providing high-quality care for residential landscapes throughout our service area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who truly enjoys working with plants and takes pride in professional gardening work. Important: This is NOT a lawn mowing position. What You’ll Do In this role, you will work at customer properties throughout Tarrant County performing skilled gardening and plant care tasks, including: Planting and transplanting Organic fertilization Pruning and detailed plant care Weeding and bed maintenance Mulch installation Monitoring overall plant health Occasionally, you may also: Purchase plant material Transport plants to job sites Support installation crews as needed Why Work With Marshall Grain?
