This onsite role will lead program performance analysis, EVMS best practices, risk & opportunity management, PM training initiatives, tool implementation, and cross-functional program execution support.Requirements:• 10+ years of Program Management, Proposal Management, Program Planning, and EVMS experience• Strong DoD/FAR/DFAR environment experience• Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM)• Experience with proposal development and P&L management• Bachelor's degree required• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)• Prior leadership and cross-functional team experience preferred• Ability to travel up to 25–50%If qualified, send resume to Clara at cfoo@pacifictechnicalresources.com
