Process Engineer Phase Technologies is looking for a Process Engineer to join our enterprising team. What You Will Be Doing Evaluate manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvements to optimize performance. Work as a member and leader of various audit teams to ensure the most effective results are produced by the group. Perform on-going research and evaluation of equipment, processes, and techniques used externally in the industry. Organize and facilitate audit team efforts. Lead team in the recommendations of opportunities for process improvements. Assist the team in the implementation of those improvements. Perform internal and external benchmarking of key manufacturing processes. Develop best practices manual from benchmarking findings. Perform ongoing searches of manufacturing practices that could provide insight for internal improvements. Work closely with the plants quality control team to optimize raw material proportioning. Work with the company engineering group in the determination of process equipment selection for capital projects. What You Need for this Position Proven experience as a process engineer Conscientious and responsible A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach Outstanding communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Proficient in MS Office In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
