Responsible for the design and implementation of test procedures to determine if standards and criteria are metRecommends adjustments to the T&E process or detailed procedures if appropriateResponsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentationRelies on manual methods and automated test tools to execute tests, assessments, and collect dataInspects, tests, and measures data that is produced or consumedMust be able to document, notify, brief, and discuss resultsRecords all initial findings and documents final test results in a designated formal reportAccounts for anomalies and errors found in testing, notifies customers and management, and may help analyze and/or correct problemsTechnical writing in accordance with government standards, working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Science Based Test Design (SBTD) in T&E ApproachesRequired Education And Experience Requires 8 years of specialized and/or military experience Must have experience in one or all of the fields of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence and Geospatial Intelligence. Must also possess strong evaluation, report writing skills.
