With a focus on excellence and innovation, we strive to maintain environments that are clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.Responsibilities:Perform cleaning duties efficiently and effectively, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met Train new cleaning staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices Maintain accurate records of inventories and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times Communicate regularly with operations and field personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any issues or concerns Implement and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects and other tasks as needed Requirements:Proven experience in the cleaning industry, with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning preferred Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Detail-oriented and thorough approach to cleaning tasks, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Flexibility to work on-call hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
