You will drive individual sales goals by delivering high-touch, educational service and fostering deep customer loyalty through personalized skincare consultations. This role requires a blend of retail excellence, clinical product knowledge, and the ability to maintain a luxury shopping environment across various high-end retail partners.**This role is based in Bergdorf Goodman in New York. Candidate must be available to physically be present in the local market.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a pristine, luxury-standard counter environment, adhering strictly to hygiene protocols and visual merchandising guidelines.Partner effectively with colleagues and retail floor teams to contribute to a positive counterculture and overall brand success.Adhere to all RéVive corporate policies and to the specific operational standards of our retail partners where assigned.Sales Performance:Achieve and exceed daily sales targets by actively engaging customers and demonstrating the visible transformative power of Bio-Renewal Technology.Clienteling & Retention:Build and maintain a digital and physical clientele book, ensuring regular follow-ups and personalized outreach to foster long-term brand loyalty.Expert Education:Provide sophisticated skincare consultations, educating clients on our signature trio of peptides (Bio-Renewal, Bio-Volumizing, and Bio-Firming) and their role in skin structural integrity.Event Execution:Lead and participate in facial consultation events and retailer-specific activations to maximize brand visibility and reach sales milestones.Qualifications & SkillsDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding luxury sales goals and building a loyal client base.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in an accessible, "elevated" manner.High energy, self-motivated, and committed to succeeding in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as dictated by business needs.3+ years of retail sales experience within the beauty or luxury goods industry.Specific experience in luxury skincare sales is highly preferred.Deep understanding of clinical or "doctor-led" skincare brands is a plus.Eesthetician license is preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Compensation: $35.00-$36.00/hour
