Project Coordinator – Community Affairs / Volunteer EventsLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid – On-Site Required)Pay: Up to $26/hourDuration: 4 months projectWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a national Community Affairs volunteer campaign. This hybrid role is based out of the firm’s headquarters in New York City and will focus on planning, coordinating, and executing volunteer initiatives across the country.The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects, working with nonprofit partners, handling reporting and data tracking, and supporting large-scale employee engagement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience1–3 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, nonprofit, or administrative supportStrong Excel skills (pivot tables and reporting required)Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working hybrid in NYC with occasional evening hoursAbility to lift 5–15 lbs for event support
