Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Provide speech-language pathology services as an itinerant professional within a school district covering multiple locations across El Dorado County, California. This contract role, suitable for the 2026-2027 school year, involves working with diverse student populations ranging from mild/moderate to potentially severe caseloads. Flexibility in travel and assignment changes throughout the semester is essential, as locations may vary from El Dorado Hills to Camino and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across multiple school sites, primarily within El Dorado County.Manage caseloads that vary in size and complexity, including mild to moderate and some severe cases.Collaborate with educational staff to support student communication and learning needs.Provide onsite supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when applicable.Maintain compliance with California state licensure requirements and district standards.Adapt to itinerant service delivery, including travel between schools within the district.Utilize experience with California schools and Special Education Information System (SEIS) preferred.Qualifications and Experience:Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP preferred).Experience working in school settings with student-based caseloads.Comfort and flexibility with itinerant assignments and travel within the county.Ability to supervise CFs and SLPAs onsite is a plus.Familiarity with mild to moderate speech/language disorders, with some exposure to severe cases advantageous.Commitment to onsite work; remote or virtual positions are not eligible.Location:Multiple school sites located across El Dorado County, including El Dorado Hills, Camino, and surrounding areas in California.Proximity to Lake Tahoe (approx. 1.5-hour drive east) and Sacramento (approx. 45-minute drive west).Benefits:Contract position offering diverse experience across multiple sites.Opportunity to work in beautiful Northern California with varied student populations.Supportive environment for professional growth, including supervisory roles.If you are a licensed speech-language pathologist ready to engage in a dynamic, itinerant role with a reputable school district in El Dorado County, apply now to make a meaningful impact on student communication and academic success.Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53.
