The Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining precision machining tools to produce high-quality components as per specifications. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and adjusting machines, performing routine equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves working closely with production teams to meet project timelines and resolve technical challenges efficiently.QualificationsProficiency in operating and maintaining machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and CNC machinesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements accuratelyKnowledge of machining techniques, material properties, and industry safety practicesAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on producing high-quality workStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and supervisorsPrior experience in machining or manufacturing is preferableHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plusAbility to work in a demanding environment and follow strict safety protocols
