Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleCollaborates with mentors and educators during the first year of practice to evolve from a student mindset into a high-functioning professional nurse.Completes all structured learning requirements-including simulations and skills labs-to successfully transition into a professional role.Participates in residency seminars designed to enhance professional development while effectively managing clinical scheduling and department commitments.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:* BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
