Lead efforts to support the retail, corporate, and MGA business units in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Interface directly with retail, corporate, and MGA executive managementEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for financial reporting, including monthly reports relied upon by the Corporate Executive Leadership Team and Sales Leadership TeamPartner with the FP&A manager during the budgeting and forecasting process, with potential for business segment responsibilityExpense management by partnering with operations leadership to understand and manage expense line itemsCreate dynamic models to automate and streamline forecastingPartner with the FP&A manager on process improvements to improve company efficiencyPartner with the BI&A team to assist with data integrity analysis and maintenance in our Tableau work environmentAssist in monthly close variance analysisAssist in the preparation of reports and presentation material for the Corporate Executive Leadership TeamPerform ad hoc projects for Retail and Corporate executives on an as-needed basisQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree required3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysisAdvanced Excel skills required; Advanced financial modeling experience is a plusExperience with OneStream or Oracle EPBCS and Tableau preferredRetail, Insurance, or MGA experience is a plusMust be a team player and eager to put in extra effortStrong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills, including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectivelyWell-organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlinesOther DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
