ALON Behavior Consulting is dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centered care that makes a lasting impact.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time in home/daycare role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Northwest Suburbs of Chicago Area, IL. The BCBA will be responsible for designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, providing direct supervision to program implementation, and training staff and parents on behavior management techniques. The role also involves analyzing data to monitor progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.QualificationsExpertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniquesExperience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategiesStrong understanding of Psychology principles related to child developmentBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesCompassion for children and their families, with a client-focused approachExperience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions is a plusMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
