Safety is a priority for this client and they provide training and direction for all employees to ensure they are able to do their job safely.Job SummaryW e are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide daily administrative support to the sales team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining strong customer communication, and supporting overall sales operations.Job DescriptionProcess a high volume of sales orders through email and other systems with accuracy and efficiencyHandle order entry, returns (RMA), credit and rebill transactionsTrack and monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issuesCommunicate directly with customers via email and outbound phone calls (primarily outgoing communication)Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with the sales team to relay customer feedback and support sales activitiesVerify pricing, order details, and shipment statusMaintain organized records and manage email and task workflows effectivelyPrepare and report monthly sales-related data and updates to the sales teamShift: 8am - 4:30pm with 30min lunchSkills Required1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative rolesStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with a strong desire to learn and growAbility to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in email management, spreadsheets, and order processing systemsEducationHigh school diploma or GED required.Pay Rate$43 - $46.50 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
