We are looking for a problem-solving and highly organized dispatcher to join our service and preventative maintenance department. You're a multitasker, acting as the first point of contact for customer requests, while also arranging the scheduling, job quoting, reporting, billing/collections, and communication for service calls.You’ll communicate with field teams and customers using messaging apps, email, and telephones. The ideal candidate has basic computer skills and is comfortable preparing daily work orders and schedules for the field team, along with asking for payments and reviews.
