ABC Parts International, Inc. is a premier distributor of aftermarket auto body parts, serving New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. We offer a wide range of products, including hoods, fenders, bumper covers, cooling products, lights, and more, and are a primary vendor to many auto collision repair shops across our service territory.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse and dispatch operations team as an Order Printer. This fast-paced role is essential to the flow of our operations, responsible for printing all newly generated sales orders and pick labels, as well as coordinating order assignment and preparation of delivery manifests.
Key Responsibilities:
Print sales orders, including web and electronic orders.
Generate and print warehouse picking labels.
Sort and organize orders by customer delivery route.
Coordinate with the Dispatcher on order assignment and reassignments as needed.
Prepare delivery manifests for drivers and assist in their organization.
Communicate with Customer Service on order status, ETA, and availability.
Assist the warehouse manager with delivery paperwork for shuttle trucks.
Record and track shuttle truck departure and arrival times.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Reliable with a strong attendance record.
Effective communication and follow-up skills.
Benefits:
Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends.
Day shift: 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours.
